With 500+ passionate employees, we’re shaping the future of the experience economy, bringing people together through music, culture, and hospitality.Who You AreWe’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support and strengthen our hiring efforts across Canada, with a primary focus on our hospitality and entertainment venues.This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruitment or Human Resources career who’s ready to take on more responsibility, build strong foundations in talent acquisition, and grow within a creative, fast-paced organization.You’re organized, people-focused, and excited about delivering a positive candidate experience while learning how recruitment works at scale in a multi-location business.The RoleSupport interview and hiring activities for hourly and entry-level salaried roles across multiple venuesCoordinate job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer documentationMaintain candidate records and workflows in Asana and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Assist with interview guides, scorecards, and onboarding checklistsSupport hiring managers with timely communication and a consistent candidate experienceLearn MRG’s recruitment processes, timelines, and hiring standardsSupport MRG’s recruitment initiatives, including career fairs, hiring events, and internship programsOngoing – Grow & ContributeCoordinate high-volume hiring, particularly for hospitality venue-based rolesPartner with HR and MRG U to support special programs, including internship programsSupport proactive hiring efforts by screening and reaching out to potential candidatesSupport sourcing efforts and talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill rolesConduct phone and virtual candidate screens (training and support provided)Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate flowTake on increased responsibility and ownership as experience and confidence growPartner with the HR and Recruitment on identifying and executing initiatives towards continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, coordination, or people operationsExperience supporting hourly, high-volume, or customer-facing roles is an assetStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and prioritiesClear, confident communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholdersInterest in building a longer-term career in recruitment or human resourcesComfort working in a fast-paced, people-first environmentHave experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or multi-location environmentsHave used an ATS or HR system (training will be provided)Are curious about talent development, HR programs, or people analyticsEnjoy improving processes and bringing structure to busy, dynamic teamsWhat’s In It For YouParticipation in the MRG Travel Ambassador ProgramA fun, collaborative, and creative team cultureEmployee discounts to MRG concerts, shows, and hospitality venuesCareer growth and learning opportunities with Canada’s leading entertainment groupOur CommitmentThe MRG Group is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
