We are a successful Desjardins Insurance Agency located in the heart of downtown Grimsby, a vibrant and fast-growing community. As demand continues to rise, we are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will engage in meaningful conversations with clients, help them protect what matters most, and contribute to our agency’s continued success. If you are looking for more than just a job and want to build a long-term career, we want to meet you.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- OTL - Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- A self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a strong work ethic and growth mindset

**What You’ll Do**:

- Engage clients through personalized, value-based conversations
- Provide insurance quotes and explain product options clearly and confidently
- Build and maintain relationships through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service
- Identify gaps in coverage and recommend solutions that meet client needs

- **Salary Range**: $55,000 - $85,000 per year (base salary plus commission/bonuses)
