**The Opportunity**

As a Scrum Master at VoPay, you will play a crucial role in our Agile development process. You will be responsible for facilitating the Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our business objectives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and principles.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team productivity and delivery.
- Promote collaboration and effective communication among team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Ensure the team follows Agile best practices and continuously improves their processes.
- Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile principles, frameworks, and practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive team collaboration.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
- Experience in the fintech industry is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
