We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join us and make a real impact
You have experience as a Scrum Master in the tech and/or finance sector, are passionate about agile methodology, and thrive in a highly collaborative team environment. You think critically as well as have an ability to empathize with different team perspectives. You have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and have experience collaborating with business and technical teams in a dynamic environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated and dynamic scrum master looking to work in a highly collaborative Agile environment dedicated to building better gifting experiences for all.
**What you’ll get to do**:

- Help the team align and focus on Sprint and Program Increment (PI) Goals.
- Foster continuous improvement of performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow and velocity.
- Guide the team to remove impediments.
- Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and coach them to higher levels of maturity. Help the team improve and take responsibility for their actions.
- Help the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the product backlog and roadmap. Help the PO guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to scope, priorities and product quality.
- Capture, monitor Metrics to inform the conversations with stakeholders
- Drive the Safe Agile ceremonies like daily stand up, sprint planning, backlog grooming
- Showcase JIRA and confluence experience and management
- Perform Risk and impediment management
- Handle external teams dependencies and risk management

**You are someone who has**:

- Hands on minimum 3 years of experience of working as a Scrum Master in an Agile development environment
- Experience with Jira or other tools utilized in an agile development environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or SAFe SSM)
- Effective planning and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate software engineering and/or development concepts and principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate with other engineers including distributed team members
- Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting improvements to all aspects of the development
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
