We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation and logistics operations efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.
- Arranging the loads with the customers daily.
- Scheduling and Dispatching Drivers on a daily basis. Monitoring and tracking the driver schedules.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer orders and dispatch activities.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle high call volumes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software.**:

- Must have the good Geographical knowledge of ON - QC - NB - NS - NL.**:

- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a dispatcher.**

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
