Dispatcher & Freight Sales Executive

We’re looking for a high-performing individual who can both dispatch local & regional 53’ trucks and build a solid book of shippers and brokers across Ontario.

Service Areas: GTA, London, Windsor, Barrie, Sudbury, North ON

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispatch trucks efficiently across Ontario, handling both local and overnight loads
- Source freight from brokers, load boards, and direct shippers
- Build, quote, and maintain freight accounts for dedicated lanes or spot loads
- Communicate with drivers, track loads, and manage any road or dock issues

What You Need:

- 2+ years of dispatch and/or freight sales experience (53’ dry van preferred)
- Understanding of Ontario freight corridors and industrial markets
- Strong negotiation, organization, and customer service skills
- Loadlink experience is a must
