Imperial Distributors Canada Inc is looking for an experienced **IT Support Specialist** to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta

**Responsibilities**:
The **IT Support Specialist** will work primarily in Business Central and closely with the IT Manager and IT Supervisor on activities including:

- Provide input on how to improve existing work processes, training and technical assistance to end users
- Review and determine how to ensure data quality using existing software control mechanisms
- Escalate requests to IT Team where necessary
- Daily administrative functions within Business Central
- Documentation of all training materials for end users
- Maintain contact with users on operational and production problems
- Any other adhoc duties related Microsoft Business Central as required
**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma of Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems
- Any experience with MS Dynamics D365 Business Central or MS Dynamics NAV is an asset
