**What You’ll Work On**

This role will be focused on utilizing technical knowledge of Campbell Scientific products and services to provide our customers with high-level support. The position will include the following responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot software, products and equipment to provide solutions to our customers.
- Identify client equipment that requires repair and arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Share specialized information with other employees in a collaborative manner.
- Initiate and communicate system and sensor-specific programming
- Monitor customer networks on a Cloud-based platform.
- Support the Campbell Scientific Field Service department and our maintenance contracts.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Post-secondary diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Instrumentation, or a related technology program.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office with an aptitude to learn new systems.
- An ability to use standard bench testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret data.
- Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in French would be an asset.
