About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is an exciting entry point into a meaningful healthcare-related role, with the opportunity to grow into a specialized position in Ostomy Care and AADL (Alberta Aids to Daily Living) solutions.
This hands-on role combines front-line customer service, behind-the-scenes support, and ongoing education. If you're compassionate, organized, tech-savvy, and eager to make a difference — we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Order & Inventory Management
- Process orders using our POS system, including invoicing and AADL billing
- Pack and prepare items for delivery or pickup
- Track special orders and follow up with clients
- Assist with inventory restocking and organization
Communication & Scheduling
- Answer client phone calls with patience and professionalism
- Schedule appointments for fittings and consultations
- Coordinate delivery timelines and manage client expectations
Team Collaboration
- Support your team with day-to-day tasks, including returns and restocking
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
Client Support & Product Education
- Assist clients in person, by phone, and via email with product inquiries and orders
- Provide hands-on support with product selection and fittings (training provided)
- Learn to educate clients on ostomy care, hernia belts, and AADL products as you grow in the role
Sales Floor Support
- Help walk-in clients with product selection — from mobility aids to bracing and incontinence supplies
- Provide knowledgeable, compassionate service to support client needs
Who You Are
You'll be a great fit if you:

- Have experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
- Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks

- Are open to learning and developing specialized knowledge in medical product support
