**Responsibilities**
- Provide remote support for our mobility products, troubleshooting, repairs, and warranty claims.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service materials, manuals, and technical processes.
- Conduct virtual demos, tutorial videos, and assist with refurbishing and rebuilding.
- Accurately document and update all tickets / service interactions, and maintain detailed CRM records
- Process dealer and customer parts & accessories orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment
**Requirements**:
- Positive, professional communication style with patience and compassion.
- Strong customer solutions and service experience
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, de-escalation skills.
- Ability to clearly explain technical repairs to customers in a supportive way.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and video platforms (Zoom, Teams).
- Experience with Hubspot or other service ticket software is an asset
- Background in electronics or mechanics is an asset.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Knowledge of power wheelchairs, electrified scooters or e-bikes is an asset
