What You Will Do:

- Builds future and repeat sales with prospective and existing clients through product and technical knowledge, outstanding customer service and ability to provide post-sales technical support.
- Works with customers to anticipate their needs and addresses any questions or concerns.
- Provides technical training and guidance to customers, distributors, and company sales personnel.
- Coordinates the failure analysis process, acting as a liaison between the customer and the Engineering Department.
- Performs all work in an ethical manner, compliant with local regulations and company policies
- Travels within Western Canada.
- Other duties as required.

- Salaried, exempt

Minimum Qualifications:

- Four or more years of relevant experience
- Experience in the oil and gas industry required
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
- Strong math and analytical skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to use a customer relationship management system

Preferred Qualifications:

- An associate or technical degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent education and/or experience would be considered an asset
