We’re expanding our team and are looking for a **Helpdesk Support Analyst** who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting users, and helping maintain the systems that keep our clients safe.
**About the Role**
As a **Helpdesk Support Analyst**, you’ll be the first point of contact for all technical support requests. You’ll assist internal staff and field technicians with troubleshooting, configuration, and system maintenance — ensuring smooth operations across our alarm and monitoring systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support field teams with remote troubleshooting and system setup.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and system updates accurately.
- Perform device configuration, firmware updates, and account setup.
- Provide general IT support for internal users when required.
- Collaborate with the technical team to improve system performance and reliability.
**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience in IT or technical support.
- Strong understanding of Windows systems and networking fundamentals (IP, routers, switches).
- Familiarity with alarm systems, IoT devices, or monitoring platforms is an asset.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Post-secondary education in information technology or a related field preferred.
