**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings using Outlook Calendar.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of information.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and providing customer service.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
- Organize office files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of information.
- Support financial tasks using QuickBooks, including tracking expenses and managing invoices.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required, ensuring all materials are well-organized and visually appealing.
**Skills**
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office management practices.
- Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Outlook Calendar for scheduling and time management.
- Experience with data entry, ensuring precision in information handling.
- Exceptional phone etiquette for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Customer service-oriented mindset to address inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic financial management tasks is a plus.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
