**Job Title: Admission / Sales Representative**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales and enrollment targets.
- **Follow-Up and Nurturing**: Diligently follow up with all leads and inquiries to provide detailed information about our programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options.
- **Campus Tours and Presentations**: Schedule and conduct engaging campus tours, informational sessions, and admissions interviews, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our programs.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system, tracking their progress through the admissions funnel.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with marketing, financial aid, and other departments to support enrollment efforts and enhance the prospective student experience.
- **Event Participation**: Actively participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, open houses, and community events to promote our programs and attract new students.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective students and their families, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the admissions process.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in a private career college setting is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in sales, marketing or a related field is an asset.
- Proven track record of meeting sales and enrollment targets, preferably in a career college setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, and Google Accounts.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to build rapport, identify opportunities, and close deals.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
