We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Ramudden Canada.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will analyze our current systems to identify flaws or inefficiencies, and plan solutions to resolve all issues and ensure long-term effectiveness.

Additionally, you will participate in the development and coordination of projects and training to support the implementation of new systems and systems improvements.

**We would love to hear from you if you have**:

- A bachelor’s degree in finance or information technology, or equivalent experience
- Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of information technologies and systems analysis
- Knowledge of Sage 300 (an asset)
- Strong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skills
- A proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills

**As a Business Systems Analyst, you will**:

- Under the Manager, Business Systems, analyze our current systems to identify flaws or inefficiencies, and plan solutions to resolve all issues and ensure long-term effectiveness
- Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, systems goals, and requirements
- Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
- Develop and implement maintenance procedure, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alerts
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
- Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet the business and user needs
- Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements
- Provide documentation or all processes and training as needed
- Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business
