Pack-Smart Inc. automated equipment is designed, built, and shipped from our manufacturing facility in Concord, Ontario Responsibilities Liaise with departments to integrate systems seamlessly and align technology solutions with overall business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to design and implement robust, scalable solutions tailored to meet business requirements. Continuously monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical issues, and optimize system efficiency. Drive system testing and validation procedures to ensure system reliability, functionality, and compliance with requirements. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in ERP (or related) system integration (manufacturing setting is a great asset). Experience with integrating CAD and ERP systems. Knowledge in Python programming preferred. Knowledge of SQL or experience with ERP data queries is a plus. Strong change management skills, educating cross-functional teams to use new application functions.
