The Administrative and Accounting Assistant (the “AAA”) will work within the Property Management Team to efficiently manage accounting and administration duties.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

The person filling the role of an AAA will be responsible to learn quickly and successfully perform the following duties:

- Tenant Relations; processing repair and access requests, booking boardrooms, handling tenant queries and ensuring all reasonable tenant needs are met in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure that databases are up to date ensuring time sensitive information is distributed to the Team
- Organizing and managing invoices and incoming correspondence
- Bank Deposits
- Accounts Receivable responsibilities, where follow up is essential
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Maintaining Tenant and Contractor databases
- Assist with keeping the office organized and operational
- Collect and maintain insurance coverage from all tenants and contractors; ensure records are always up to date
- Ensure all maintenance contracts and inspection reports are received in a timely manner, summarize critical dates of same and filed accordingly
- All other duties as assigned

The above are not considered a complete set of duties; rather it is a starting point from which to grow the role of the AAA.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
