Motel 6 Saskatoon has an opening for a Night Auditor.
This position offers a career of an overnight Guest Service Representative at one of Saskatoon's premier economy establishments.
The position hours are 11pm-7am on Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday), offering paid training shifts starting immediately.
Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required. We are looking to hire for attitude and train for skill.
The night auditor balances daily totals as well as acting as a guest service representative responsible for handling a variety of office, safety and guest relations duties associated with the front desk, and functions as a member of the “welcome team”.
**Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to**:
1. Balancing daily cash and credit card transactions while creating a Positive Guest Experience: Smile and greet guests promptly when they enter the lobby. Handle questions regarding property and local amenities. Assist guests with problems related to their stay at the property.
2. Support “Clean Team and “Welcome Team””: May perform duties from other property positions as needed at the direction of the General Manager in order to maintain proper operations of the property.
4. Safeguard all Motel 6 / Studio 6 Assets. Comply with the company’s Safety and Security program, to all company policies, practices, procedures and guidelines. Ensure that the property is secure and that guests are safe by conducting regular patrols of property and parking lot.
5. Cleaning of ALL public and pool areas as well as other duties as assigned by management.
Take appropriate action for situations that occur during assigned shift, escalating emergency and sensitive situations to the General Manager / Operations Manager, and if needed calling for assistance of local authorities for security situations.
