We are hiring an Associate, Product Marketing to support the day-to-day marketing operations of our investment products. This role is designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-orientated, visually strong, and comfortable working in a recurring reporting cycle.

**The Opportunity**

As the Associate, Product Marketing, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring our product materials are accurate, well-designed, compliant, and delivered on time. You will work closely with our Portfolio Managers, Marketing team, Compliance, and Client Service to create and maintain fund fact sheets, commentaries, performance updates, sales tools, and digital content including video.

This is a production heavy, execution orientated role where quality and precision matter.

**How You Will Make an Impact**
- **Product Marketing Materials** - Create, update, and maintain core product collateral - including fact sheets, tear sheets, product decks, and sales tools - ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with our investment positioning.
- **Product Communications**:

- Draft, edit, and format product commentaries and updates from the Portfolio Managers, turning investment insights into clear, client-ready materials published across all channels.
- **Video Content Production**:

- **Marketing Operations**- Manage and update the product marketing library across SharePoint, Salesforce, and the website. Coordinate compliance approvals and support product launches, updates, and advisor initiatives.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Analysts, Sales, Client Service, and Compliance to ensure product materials are timely, accurate, and effectively delivered.
- **Ad-Hoc Support -**Assist with various ad-hoc marketing, product, and communication requests as the needs of the Investment Management team evolve.

**What You’ll Bring**

**Experience**
- 3+ years in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in asset management or financial services is an asset.
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or equivalent experience.

**Skills and Strengths**
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify investment concepts.
- High attention to detail with charts, numbers, layouts, and compliance language.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and general design fundamentals.
- Confidence with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a recurring monthly/quarterly cycle.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working in a regulated environment.

**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Adobe).
- Experience preparing client-ready materials in a regulated environment.
