**In this role, you will**:
- Supervises and supports the financial controllers of the Eddyfi Technologies Group (two in Quebec, one in the UK and one in France);
- Manage the month-end process and the preparation of the group’s financial report, ensure deadlines are met, and the accuracy of the information;
- Ensure responsibility for the year-end audit and the preparation of the financial statements of the group companies.
- Manage the various requests from Previan (Corporate) with regards to the reporting aspect;
- Responsible for the monthly process comparing actual results with budget;
- Support the sales team and make decisions on payment terms, blocked customer, incoterms;
- Analyze the sanctions that affect our potential customers and decide on the acceptance or refusal of these customers with the support of our legal department;
- Oversee the cash-flow forecasting process;
- Oversee the accounting tax provisions across the group on a quarterly basis;
- Supervise the R&D credits and the capitalization of R&D expenses;
- Approve payments.

As a key member of the accounting team, it is in an international context that you will supervise a team of financial controllers in their functions. You will ensure the production of financial reports within the deadlines and with accuracy. Your rigor will be key assets in various other tasks and projects relative to company reporting aspects.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- You have a bachelor's degree in business accounting;
- You have 10 years of relevant experience in team management;
- You are certified public accountant (CPA)
- You have the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion;
- You are meticulous and rigorous;
- You have good analytical and synthesize skills;
- You are bilingual.
