The Previan Group is looking for a financial controller for corporate entities. **In this role, you will have to**: - Oversee the accounting cycle; - Analyze results and variances with budgets; - Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management and decision-making purposes; - Participate in the budget process; - Ensure the continuous improvement of financial information and validation of compliance with accounting standards; - Implement internal controls and monitor them regularly; - Regular update of financial forecasts, including cash flow forecasts; - Implementation of key performance indicators; - Validation and signature of payments; - Payroll approval; - Coordinate and consolidate sales credit insurance for the entire Group - Get involved in certain specific files (tax returns, group commercial insurance, etc.); - Participate in the integration of the finance function of the entities acquired by the Group. **And to integrate all this in a context where you are offered**: - Flexible work schedules; - Telework available; - New workspaces in an illuminated and modern work environment; - A minimum of three weeks of vacation upon hiring; - Five paid holidays (in addition to statutory holidays) when the business closes for the holidays; - Five flexible leaves per year; - Group insurance and a competitive RRSP program; - Reimbursement of dues to a professional order; - Parking; - Free coffee ; - Entertaining activities organized regularly by the Social Club. As a key member of the accounting team, your rigour and attention to detail will be put forward in the execution of everything related to the accounting cycle, reporting and performance analysis. You will ensure the proper accounting of the various transactions of the accounting cycle. Your sense of organization will serve you well to ensure that internal control policies are applied. In general, you will support the Financial Director in the production of financial information. **The profile sought**: - Bachelor of Business Administration, accounting profile, and member of the CPA order; - Three to five years of relevant experience; - Experience in an accounting firm (asset); - Experience with international groups (asset); - Full proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); - Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (mainly Excel - intermediate/advanced level); - Knowledge of the ERP "SAP" system (asset); - French and English bilingualism; - Working and flexible in terms of schedule; - Organizational skills, ability to manage priorities and work under pressure; - Meticulousness and resourcefulness; - Ambition for progression and performance-oriented.
