**Job Summary**:
Monitor and resolve business process issues as communicated through internal help desk and assist in ensuring that new processes and JDE enhancements have been properly documented, tested, and approved in a timely matter. You will offer solutions that enable the organization to achieve its objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, monitor, troubleshooting and problem-solving helpdesk ticket/issues
- Assist BSA team members with preparing new project or JDE enhancement specification documentation
- Work with other departments and managers to ensure proper documentation and testing is completed and signed off by project lead during the various promotion phases
- Performs other duties as required. The job will primarily include your work responsibilities at Konstant with occasional duties at GN Johnston Equipment (GNJ) as needed. The Company has the right to change the above at any time.

**Job Qualifications**:

- ** **Minimum of 3 years of management and team building experience in an operations environment
- Minimum 3 years operations experience in the managing warehouses and/or production
- Completed post-secondary level education in related field
- Experience working in a computer system environment
- Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Individual must be customer driven, with a good understanding of Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance
- Experience in managing and promoting a safe work environment
- Ability to manage projects within a budget
