Service Advisor

Go Powersports Ltd. is growing and requires a personable and motivated **SERVICE ADVISOR** for their Collingwood Corner Location

As a **SERVICE ADVISOR **for Go Powersports Limited, you will be responsible for managing the service & maintenance of new & used customer units, while delivering superior customer service

**Service Advisor Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide world-class customer service for in-store and telephone/online inquiries,
- You will assist customers in determining their present repair or maintenance needs, documenting relevant customer vehicle data,
- Provide education to customers regarding the vehicle parts and the benefits of standard maintenance needs & schedules,
- Book and manage service appointments in all aspects of customer care;
- Schedule appointments for maintenance services, warranty work and repairs,
- Complete appointment reminders to ensure Service schedule is complete,
- Complete Service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect & post payments (debit, credit card, cash & EFT),
- Work with Service Technicians and ensure their parts needs are being met,
- Direct Service Expeditor to best support Service Technicians in order to optimise billable hours,
- Collaborate with all departments in order to best serve our customers,
- Follow, maintain and complete service standards and training standards,
- Be a committed, reliable team-player,
- Manage cash float balance in cash drawer and submit daily cash reports,
- Be driven to attain individual & company goals & targets,
- Work on special projects and contribute to team effort.

**Requirements**:

- You have excellent communication skills and can actively listen to our customers to ensure their needs are understood and are being met
- As a team-player, you contribute towards an amicable and fun team atmosphere
- As a quick learner, you are eager to absorb product information, complete training and adapt to a rapidly changing market
- This position requires you to have moderate computer proficiency, strong organizational skills
- You have a valid driver’s license and are willing to provide a Driver’s Abstract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
