At Formid Investigations, we pride ourselves in thorough and efficient investigations. Our Services range from Workplace, Undercover, Fraud, Corporate, Theft Investigations and Loss Prevention, Locates and Missing Persons Investigations and so much more. We also conduct Background Checks, provide Litigation Support and Notarization for legal documents.

We are looking to add the following positions to the team:

- Operations Manager

You’ll be responsible for building projects on improving management of physical evidence vaults. Ensuring that chain of custody requirements meet international judicial and regulatory requirements. Setup e-Discovery and investigations case management and process control system with appropriate security & audit controls. Ensuring that its delivery, irrespective of global location, is followed.

Provide global specialised logístical support for e-Discovery & Investigations travel and transport of sensitive information and hardware.

**Experience**
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in staff management.
- Minimum 3-5 years in Management experience.
- Minimum 3 years in Customer Service
- Completed Post Secondary Credentials, Certificate or Degree in related field.
- 3-5 years experience in the security, investigation or law enforcement field is an asset.
- Maintain and support the current processes, for handling incoming client requests.
- Will be responsible for defining, communicating, and evaluating new hire requirements, employee placement decisions, and assigning training requirements
- Has strong communication skills
- Great ability to work alone and as a team
- Excellent attention to detail

**Additional Information**
- G Driver's Licence (_mandatory_)
- Clean Driver's Record (_mandatory_)
- French speaking proficiency is an asset but not mandatory

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 5 years (required)
- Investigations: 5 years (preferred)
- management: 3 years (required)
- B2B and B2C management: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- French (not mandatory) (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oakville, ON
