To ensure success, the Customer Service Representative needs to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and be able to work with a computer.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: _
- Constantly maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards clients.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule.
- Communicating with clients through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving client’s inquiries.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience
- Have a completed high school diploma or an equivalency
- Must be bilingual, both written and oral
- Comfortable using a computer, Microsoft office, and Outlook
- Effective communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Processing and reporting skills
- Deadline oriented
- Multi-tasker
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work both independently and with a team
