MAL Truck Safety Services is growing Business in Trucking Industries and is looking for a high-energy, trustworthy **Sales** **Consultant** to join our team in our Mississauga office on a full-time basis.

**What you will primarily do**:

- Using consultative selling techniques, articulate and illustrate the value proposition of MAL Truck Safety Services to attract and onboard new clients.
- In order to achieve profitable sales growth within the designated territory, responsible for strategic account planning, new business development, account portfolio growth, and client account retention.
- Identify potential new clients, assess their company requirements, and examine industry trends to create client-centered service solutions.
- Monitor actions and outcomes, work with others on opportunities, and carry out plans
- The potential requirement for working outside of normal hours while still allowing for a certain level of individual autonomy to assist and effectively satisfy customer needs.
- Carry out additional tasks as needed

**Job Requirements**
- Safety and Compliance experience relative to Transportation Industry
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Time Management and ability to prioritize work
- Comfortable with new software and interfaces
- Available to work some weekends
- Strong Follow-up skills
- Bilingual skills considered an asset
- Detail oriented

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
