This role is for someone with exceptional organizational abilities looking to grow into an advanced administrative position **or** become a licensed broker in the 1-2 years to follow. **What you would do**
- Assist in internal auditing process as directed by the respective Manager.
- Complete quote requests in our quotation management systems as directed.
- Document activity into our Broker Management System.
- As a part of the administrative team, act in place of our Director of First Impression (lead reception and finance duties) in a coverage capacity for lunches, meetings, holidays, in tandem with other Admin Staff as required by the DFI.

- **Communication**:what we say and how we say it are integral to our success. You will need to understand our mission and ensure your messaging always reflect that, to the public and your Jones teammates.

**What your background would look like**
- 2+ years of work experience in a role with a strong administrative component is valued.
- Post-secondary education or an equivalent of relevant experience is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint & Teams.
- Experience in working with a customer management system is ideal.
- Insurance experience and knowledge of Power Broker or other Broker Management Systems is an asset but not a deal-breaker.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
