The Integrated Planner Scheduler position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the production and communication of the Regional Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IPS) horizons in support of the IP&S Process.

You will collaborate with a number of stakeholders (Cross Functional Team members and leads, Subject Matter Experts in Planning and Execution, Supply Chain, Project Controls, General Contractors), and will make strategic recommendations in alignment with and pursuit of the IP&S Team’s objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the oil, gas, chemical or related industries with 5 years’ experience in a maintenance planning scheduling or project planning, scheduling, and implementation role
- Exceptional communication and collaboration
- Deep knowledge of Planning & Scheduling Processes
- Knowledge of various IP&S technology and tools
- Strong ability to synthesize data into usable, sharable and clear information to stakeholders
- Technical diploma or degree in a relevant field or trade certification required

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop resource-loaded schedules as required by the IP&S management process and execution plans
- Maintain effective trends systems and their impact on schedule predictability
- Work with management, providing detailed reports and explanations of changes or slippages
- Responsible for overall schedule management within the regional service offering related to IP&S
- Analyze and forecast business needs for both demand and supply capability
- Manage the regular update of plans and collation of plans based on their critical relationships/logic such that the integrated plan can be produced and monitored for compliance
- Work closely with input functions to produce the 90d / 28d level loaded and 7 day locked integrated schedules

Location and other Key Details:

- You will work out of Fort McMurray, Alberta
- This is a 40 hour work week, with the potential for overtime during Turnaround events
