**Your responsibilities as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in our Vee Restaurant, will be**:

- Report to and work with the Food and Beverage Outlet Manager
- Grow F&B Operations.
- On site supervision of the restaurant, sports bar & lounge, banquet room, and private dining room.
- Identify ways to improve guest experiences and encourage guest loyalty.
- Engage in effective communication with guests, peers, staff members, management, and external authorities.
- Natural leadership with ability to handle all situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner.

- Enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly customer service skills.
- Organizational skills, reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Experience in F&B, guest services, hospitality and leadership.
- A work flexibility, which will include nights and weekends when required.
- A strategic thinker and multi-tasker who can maximize guest experiences.
- Operate with the highest levels of integrity and honesty.
