**Job Summary**:

- Your primary role will be in the clinic working directly with the Orthodontists and CDAs to maintain an efficient flow of the scheduled appointments and sterilization of instruments
- The position is (Monday to Friday) and has the potential to evolve based on the needs of the practice along with your background, experience and long-term goals.
- Would be ideal for a responsible young adult interested in the dental profession or healthcare looking to take the next steps towards a rewarding career
- Your flexible, outgoing personality and enthusiastic, eager attitude towards learning will be beneficial in this position

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ensure instruments used in the clinic are sterilized and prepared for use as directed by Doctors and clinic coordinator
- Maintain adequate stock of clinic supplies at each unit and through clinic
- Contribute to a safe, clean, caring environment for patients and other team members
- Work towards gaining the knowledge of an orthodontic office to be able to troubleshoot and anticipate needs
- Customer service experience in a group setting an asset
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and common sense
- Self-starter with outgoing personality and team player
- Comfortable working in a computerized office setting
- Strong verbal and written communication.
