**The Opportunity**:
LifeScan is recruiting for a Remote Sales Territory Manager, based in Canada, who will be reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. This position will be remote.

**Job Focus**:
We are creating a specialized Inside/Remote Sales Center in North America and are looking for outstanding individuals to join a high performing remote team to manage our commercial interaction with our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities and expanding current revenue, communicating via remote technologies. As a member of the Remote/Inside sales team, you will work closely with external field sales associates to expand our customer reach and ensure that all OneTouch customers' needs are met.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Commercial responsibility for developing existing remote sales accounts
- Develop new accounts through prospection calls with potential customers
- Develop and maintain value-added relationship with all key customers to enhance the OneTouch brand in the market
- Manage inbound customer calls with appropriate urgency to identify and resolve issues and follow up on opportunities
- Meet KPIs for sales quotas, call preparation, and commercial activities
- Prepare quarterly and monthly sales and activity plans, in alignment with field sales teams and account segmentation guidelines
- Participate in field sales team meetings and interact daily with country-based colleagues to ensure collaboration and alignment
- Master all available tools and technologies to manage CRM, e-detailing, and customer calls

**Requirements**:
**Requirements for this role include**:

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Call Center/Phone Sales experience preferred
- Dynamic, goal oriented, with active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Education**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree required
