**Job Description**:
As part of its rapid international growth, Sia Partners is restructuring its customer relationship management. To this end, Sia Partners has implemented a new CRM tool (Hubspot) as well as an intelligent knowledge management tool.
Reporting to our Chief Client Officer, you will be in charge of managing customer relations with around a hundred of the Group's partners in France and abroad.
As a Junior Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Global coordination of international account strategies (around fifty)
- Preparation of steering committees to monitor client relationships
- Support partners in building/monitoring account strategies
- Implementation and monitoring of customer relationship management policies
You will also be involved as global administrator for the following aspects:
- Contact management
- Access management
- Monitoring software relations (contracts, upgrades, etc.)
- Training
In addition, you will also intervene as Junior Knowledge Manager via the:
- Quality control of data relating to the Group's portfolio of offerings
- Account and access management for the Knowledge Management tool
- Coordinating and leading top management on new offerings
- Coordination and monitoring with the data science team of future developments of the tool (own functionalities and integration with Hubspot).
**Qualifications**:
Having graduated from a leading business school or university, you ideally have 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales department, working for large companies or IT solutions publishers.
You are able to work as part of a team, open-minded and analytical, and keen to join a motivating professional environment where you will share our values of excellence, entrepreneurship, innovation, a culture of sharing, caring and work-life balance.
Professional working proficiency in English is required.
Additional Information
This position is only available through the Business France V.I.E. program. Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements of that program to be considered.
