**Missions and Responsibilities**
ALC Metal Fabrication is one of the first Business Units to provide a pricing and quote tool for its sales teams. CPQ tool is now live since June 2021 and the Customer Success team’s objective is to keep adapting its solutions to the market needs. In collaboration with several teams (from IT to sales).
This project is not just a one time price setup action. Machine learning and robust maintenance processes will ensure that we are always ahead of the competition. Part of the development will include making sure we capitalize on the high volume of transactions done daily. Additionally the tool will provide valuable feedback to management on performance of their team, allowing them to invest coaching and training time at the right place.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1- The incumbent will be **responsible for delivering improvements** on:
- CPQ Pricing module in collaboration with the Pricing Specialist & development team.
- CPQ Quick Quote module:
- He/She will deliver the enhancements on time, lead the support team into developing the IT enhancements, understanding and challenging the flows required to maximize the quoting process.
- This will require gathering and analyzing customer and sales team feedback. Recommend/implement improvements in the development of the digital tool in collaboration with the current senior project manager.
2- He/She will also be **in charge of supporting sales users** for the tool usage. Training & documentations are the keys to drive adoption and reach the expected results.
3- **Perform price increase support** for users by helping the pricing specialist and sales team to experience a seamless price increase in CPQ tool.
Collaborate with the Pricing Community in the Group to share experiences, KPIs results, Key success factors etc.
4- **Coordinate transversal projects within the team** : Acquire sufficient business understanding to be able to communicate a compelling summary of findings to reach decision making and move to action.
**Competencies and Profile** REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS**
Qualifications include:
- Diploma: Bachelor degree in Commerce or Marketing or IT field. Technical degree and/or MBA a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years experience in Marketing, IT or Project management. Customer facing experience is a plus
- Training: Product/project management, gas industry (a plus)
- Knowledge: Oracle ERP, Salesforce, Google Suite, Power BI.
- Fluently bilingual in French and in English (speaking and excellent writing)
