JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell and market the Kubota Agriculture, Turf and Construction Equipment.
- Maintains current knowledge of all Kubota equipment (features and benefits)
- Spend a minimum of 3-4 days per week travelling throughout their sales territory visiting existing customers and calling on potential customers.
- Deliver and conduct equipment demonstrations in the field
- Preparing and administering sales contracts following a defined sales process
- Maintaining customer profiles and information in assigned area for sales management
- Consulting with customers after sale to provide ongoing support
- Staying current on knowledge of used equipment values for proper trade-in evaluations
- Attend training and Sales Department meetings as required.
- Treat Customers with the utmost respect and exert a positive “can do” attitude
JOB REQUIREMENT and QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years experience in Agriculture, Commercial, or Industrial equipment sales is preferred.
- Proven track record in a sales role; demonstrating the ability to grow sales in a defined territory
- Passion for sales and strong knowledge base to effectively demonstrate the value of our products to our customers.
- A competitive, self-starter, who is disciplined, and goal oriented
- Good organization and time management skills
- Ability to complete all sales paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate activities and co-operate with other departments of the Dealership to best serve the whole goods needs of the customer.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in dealer software programs
- Ability to take initiative
- Must be willing to work extended hours
