Outside Residential Sales Advisor

**Responsibilities**:
- Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences for residential HVAC.
- Conduct in-home quotes with potential clients.
- Follow up and track quotes.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date with market trends and provide insights to clients.
- Attend networking events and participate in community outreach to generate leads.
- Sales and promotion of existing Home Comfort products and services; identification of new products and services as deemed advantageous to improved customer service and increased sales (Lennox heating, cooling IAQ products, Planned Service agreements)
- Financial Programs Liaison - (Snap or other financings)
- On-going raining via Lennox DaveNet and other external course opportunities.
- Comply with rules, regulations, and policies as set by LSM, Alberta Occupational Health and Safety, and other governing authorities as may be applicable.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve team goals.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
