**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and distribution activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely completion of internal processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as the point of contact between the Operations Department, Inventory Department, and Warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with management and clients to improve and implement procedures.
- Assess staffing needs in accordance with volume trends and coordinate with various department heads.
- Determine staff hours and foster a positive work culture for all team members.
- Oversee staff assignments, schedules, and productivity targets.
- Schedule and assess staffing requirements for after-hours customer requests.
- Accountable for maintaining warehouse operations.
- Ensure staff are competently trained and supporting records are maintained.
- Lead by example and be proactive in relation to all Health & Safety related aspects.
- Possess a strong knowledge of national transportation.
- Oversee all equipment maintenance and capacities.
- Optimize racking utilization and patterns to maximize room and profit.
- Supervise and examine all inventory-counts for accuracy and discrepancies.
- Manage client orders and receipts based on numerous requests and conditions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience working as a Warehouse Manager.
- Proven and best-in-class experience in Distribution, preferably in a industrial environment.
- Knowledgeable and familiar with medical distribution operations.
- Able to handle high-volume distributions with a strong attention to detail in inventory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills with an emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to coach and mentor direct reports.
- Possess the mindset of being goal-oriented while looking for ways to improve practices and processes.
- Knowledge in Lean & Six Sigma type practices and philosophies.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment in relation to timely responses to all stakeholders involved.
- Able to work as a team and be willing to assist as needed.
- Proactively thinks ahead and takes initiative to anticipate competing deadlines and challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
