**SUMMARY OF POSITION**

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY**
- Consistently work to maximize effectiveness and efficiencies in our warehouse facility
- The main point of contact at our warehouse to all internal and external parties
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised, taking responsibility for time keeping, budgets whilst maintaining excellent standards of all work completed
- Coordinate operations of our warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, safety, quality and security of the warehouse area and any product that passes through at all times
- General housekeeping of envision areas as well as liaise with inhouse tenants regarding building services, cleanliness, security and safety
- Receive, store, package and shipping/receiving for both inbound and outbound shipments
- Help manage warehouse inventory, following protocols set out by the Production and Accounting teams, communicating inventory levels to all required team members
- Visit local vendors for QC review / pick ups when required
- Schedule all required preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment
- Support the Project Management and Production Team with timely and well researched quotes for packing, shipping, quality control, kitting, storing and shipping of all product that passes through the warehouse
- Source vendors as required and manage existing relationships to maintain excellent standards in all warehouse operations
- Record work schedule and resource planning for all warehouse work, such as inventory management, assembly, quality control, packing and shipping
- Aid in quality inspections for all of Envisions product which passes through the warehouse and assembly facility
- Coordinate, schedule, and participate in in-house assembly and production, including the supervision of temporary warehouse labour workforce, as required
- Report on daily progress and quality of internal warehouse and assembly work
- Ensure Envision Health & Safety program is being followed through all warehouse operations
- Any other duties assigned from time to time, in line with role competencies and / or skillset

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5+ years experience with assembly, quality, warehouse and shipping/receiving
- Aerial-lift license (scissor or boom trucks) certification preferred
- Safety at Heights certification preferred
- Ability to read both 2D and 3D drawings
- Excellent communication skills, ability to liaise with project managers, production staff and outside vendors in a clear and professional manner
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Current forklift license required
- Current drivers license required
- Efficient in Microsoft Office, intermediate level preferred
- General computer literacy and some exposure to ERP systems an advantage
