**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate product counts across Shopify (e-commerce), Square POS (retail), and our inventory management system
- Oversee receiving, labeling, and storage of incoming inventory
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, SKUs, and metadata in Shopify
- Tailor product listings to be optimized for SEO, CRO and fit our brand guidelines
- Monitor stock discrepancies, perform regular cycle counts, and support full physical inventories
- Collaborate with store staff and e-commerce team to sync physical and digital stock
- Track product movement across in-store, online, and promotional channels
- Be the owner of the store catalogue; from orders of new product to sale
- Set up backstock systems to reduce over-ordering and improve fulfillment speed
- Support shipping, picking/packing, and restocking as needed
- Customer support queries and website management as needed
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues with digital inventory platforms

**Experience**

Must-Haves:

- 1+ years experience in **retail, warehouse, or e-commerce inventory** roles
- Familiarity with **Shopify**, **Square POS**, or similar inventory systems
- Excellent attention to detail and basic data entry / spreadsheet skills in programs like Excel
- Ability to lift boxes, organize stockrooms, and manage storage areas
- Clear communication skills — both written (for digital systems) and verbal (with the team)
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions on the fly

Bonus Points For:

- Experience in western wear, footwear, or retail merchandising
- Comfort with barcode scanners, labeling software, or mobile inventory tools
- Experience with pick/pack workflows and order fulfillment logic
- Interest in blending retail tradition with e-commerce innovation

This is a hands-on role, in-person full-time in Red Deer, Alberta.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.80-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
