Barnes Powersports Blackfoot is currently seeking to expand our team with a **Permanent, Full-Time** **Motorcycle Sales Consultant**

**Job Summary**:
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to deliver an outstanding and memorable experience for our customers choosing their first or next bike. You will help them choose the best bike for their lifestyle, wants, and needs, all while impressing them with your unmatched knowledge of the various motorcycle types and brand options. You will go above and beyond for your customers, guiding them through the sales process, keeping them updated, and maintaining a long-lasting relationship after the sale is done.

**The job**:

- Greet all customers, offer a beverage, blow them away with a truly awesome customer service experience
- Drop product knowledge like its hot on your clients, explaining the features and operations of any and all vehicles they are considering
- Go above and beyond for customers, including researching model availability and optional equipment, delivering vehicles, and answering all questions
- Work with the sales and finance managers to negotiate sales and requirements for financing or leasing, keeping the customer so informed that your updates verge on annoying

**Shifts**:Tuesday to Saturday, 8 hour shifts

**Wage**:Salary + Commission and bonuses

**The requirements**:

- Be as passionate about succeeding as we are about the industry
- Have more energy than 5 XL double-doubles from Timmy’s
- Experience is fantastic, but not necessary. If you’re willing to put in the work for your success, so are we
- Have stellar people skills and a great personality. There are no Debbie-downers on our team
- Have an unstoppable drive to succeed
- Knowledge of a CRM is an asset
- Ability to handle multiple clients at once
- Knowledge of European motorcycles (BMW, Ducati, Triumph) is an asset

Pay: $30,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
