Barnes Powersports Blackfoot is hiring a Seasonal Finance and Insurance Manager to join us during our busiest months. Whether you're looking to break into the industry, want to take winters off, or love the idea of working when the bikes are out, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do

Support our team during peak season by delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll manage financing applications, complete contracts efficiently, and help customers find the right financial solutions for their dream bikes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Process financing paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
• Learn and apply knowledge of financial products
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Provide outstanding customer service to every client
• Contribute to team goals and revenue objectives
• Maintain secure handling of all documents

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality

Nice-to-Have:

• Any finance or sales experience (we can train you)
• Passion for motorcycles and the riding community
• Experience riding is a bonus

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Start Date: Flexible, approximately February 2026
