Barnes Powersports Blackfoot is currently seeking to expand our team with a **Full-Time Motorcycle Service Advisor**

**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Advisor is a customer service specialist who responds promptly and effectively to customer inquiries. This individual is a vital member of the Service Department team and plays a key role in ensuring after-sale customer satisfaction.

**The requirements**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in stressful and time-sensitive situations
- The drive, determination, and motivation to succeed every day
- Positive, enthusiastic and passionate attitude toward the automotive industry
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset
- A minimum of 1 year in a service advisor role is preferred
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License upon employment.

**The job**:

- Be the liaison between customers and service technicians
- Handle all customer and supplier interactions
- Creating, maintaining, and improving relationships with customers
- Accurately document all processes and vehicle conditions
- Ensure customers are aware of all services and time needed for their vehicle

**Shifts**:Tuesday - Saturday, 8 hour shifts

**Pay Plan**:Hourly + commissions

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
