The Payroll Administrator will regularly update and reconcile payroll entries, ensuring that all of our employees are paid accurately and on time. We're looking for an ambitious professional with a commitment to service who wants to continue building their resume while enjoying stable employment with a growing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all company contractors.
- Prepare and send weekly invoicing to facilities.
- File payroll taxes on a timely basis.
- Properly establish and maintain the company's payroll system.
- Ensure an accurate and timely record contractors hours and wages.
- Be able to accurately prepare annual tax reports.
- Be able to analyze payroll discrepancies.
- Prepare and balance period-end reports and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements. Prepare monthly statements.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
