**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan schedules such as posts, stories and other branded content with the marketing team.
- Design and work on end-to-end social media campaigns.
- Create content for our social media platforms, mainly Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Stay current with Instagram/ Tik Tok/ Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter, display, mobile, content syndication, and overall digital marketing best practices.
- Engage with users on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
- Manage and assist in campaign management and budget planning.
- Measure and generate reports on the results of social media campaigns and promotions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Social media savvy - MUST love social media and have fun with it
- Experience in social media marketing including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube
- A post-secondary degree/diploma, preferably in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related-field

**SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- Creative and strategic thinking
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision, demonstrate initiative and effectively manage priorities
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Able to adapt quickly
- Passion for creative projects and genuine interest in digital marketing
- Advanced planning and organizational skills (project/program and change management)
- Deadline driven with an intimate understanding of the responsibilities, timelines and requirements
- Experience with digital communication technology (websites, social media) an asset
- Strong research, editing and proof-reading skills

**Salary**: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
