We are looking for a dedicated **Steward** to join our kitchen team. The Steward is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment, glassware, silverware, and dishes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a sanitary and efficient kitchen environment that supports our culinary operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all glassware, silverware, china, and equipment are cleaned to an impeccable state.
- Provide a high standard of sanitation for the kitchen by completing daily cleaning duties as outlined for the scheduled shift.
- Operate and clean all job-related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive food and chemicals from the loading bay and ensure proper storage and rotation of products.

**Qualifications**:

- Understanding of WHMIS regulations or willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow cleaning and sanitation protocols.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
