Dental Treatment Coordinator

Location: Hawkesbury.
We are looking for enthusiastic Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team of dedicated dental practitioners. You will be face of the clinic, help with managing staff, help maintain patient appointments including gathering patient’s insurance information and updating info. Make sure clinic flow is going smooth. Ensuring with front staff next day’s schedule is filled for the doctor and hygienist, utilizing various reports. Ensure clinic is functioning properly and help Doctor as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Quality Interpersonal/Communication Skills. Written/Oral (required)
- Bilingual (required)
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, Professional appearance and manner, Computer literacy with background in Dental Software.
- Positive learning attitude with ability to work in fast paced environment. Demonstrated ability to adapt, learn from feedback.
- Comfortable with case acceptance, treatment plan discussions with patients, following up with estimates
- Mandatory Experience in Dental Industry, Required Dental background.
- Help manage Employees and Maintain standard and policies of Clinic including KPIs
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
