There is no outbound or cold calling as part of this role Our Inbound Business Development Representatives respond to requests for more information with the intention of educating them on our value and setting up a product demonstration. As an Inbound BDR, you must be masterful at explaining value and breaking down barriers by building rapport. Qualifications & Experience
- Ambitious, strategic, and passionate about sales
- Not afraid of rejection and comfortable making calls to prospects
- Relationship orientated and strong rapport building skills
- Experience creating urgency and educating on a value proposition
- Familiar with being accountable to targets

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a 2 week cohort lead conversion rate of 15%
- Explaining the value of SiteDocs to prospective clients
- Booking demos with customers and responding quickly to requests for information
- Document your progress within Salesforce (CRM)
- Be fanatical about our mission, values, and goals
