**We are seeking a proactive, reliable and responsible SEO Specialist to join our Marketing family**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the SEO Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives ensuring the College’s successful digital marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage web content using Wordpress
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases
- Optimize website content, including metadata, headings, and on-page elements, for improved search engine visibility
- Implement technical SEO strategies, such as XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and canonical tags
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure best practices are implemented
- Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Track and report on key SEO metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Collaborate with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and resolve technical issues

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Wordpress is preferred
- Speaking Mandarin is preferred
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and WordPress CMS
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and SEO for online stores is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices
