We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Leap International Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our services, attract potential clients, and enhance our online presence. If you are passionate about immigration and business consulting and possess a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, we'd love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Create and curate engaging and informative content for various digital channels, including videos, posters, social media updates, newsletters, and website content, to attract and educate our target audience.

**Video Content**:Participate in Video shooting & editing, and create video cover pages;
**Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain our social media profiles on platforms such as TikTok, RED, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Create and schedule regular posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Stay updated with SEO best practices.

**Paid Advertising**: Plan and execute effective paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads etc. Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Generate regular reports and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.

**Competitor Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends and monitor competitors' digital marketing efforts to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role in a related industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of immigration and business consulting industry trends is a plus.
