We’re looking for a creative and results-driven **Marketing Specialist** to join our marketing team to work closely with one of our business partner brands.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the development of all product marketing materials
- Develop communications plans and suggest appropriate communication, media, and advertising strategies
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and business decisions
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, creative, and sales, to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively executed and supported
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including influencers and media partners, to support marketing efforts
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement
- Review drafts and provide copywriting and copyediting work
- Manage an organized library of all produced materials

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or advertising, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Proven ability to write effective marketing copy (portfolio or examples required)
- Hands-on experience running paid social and/or Google ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Highly organized, with the ability to independently manage schedules and meet deadlines
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and strong attention to detail
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

**Bonus Points For**
- Understanding of SEO best practices
- Experience or interest in graphic design and content creation
- Familiarity with web or eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify
- Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS editing
