**About the Role**:
This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll coordinate the flow of HVAC parts, tools, and supplies between the office, warehouse, and field teams. From inventory management to supporting technicians on-site and ensuring warranties and returns are handled efficiently, your work helps ensure our customers receive the best service possible.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory & Warehouse Management**
- Receive and track incoming and outgoing HVAC parts and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts and physical audits
- Monitor and replenish technician truck stock kits; inspect trucks weekly

**Warranty & Returns Coordination**
- Submit and follow up on HVAC part warranties in a timely manner
- Tag and process returned parts (warranty, vendor return, or scrapping)
- Track credit notes and replacements, ensuring financial reconciliation

**Field & Technician Support**
- Serve as the primary part runner, delivering items to field technicians as needed
- Source last-minute items to reduce technician downtime

**Shop Organization & Safety**
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
- Label and store materials properly; manage scrap and recycling
- Maintain a well-structured and accessible stock system

**Continuous Improvement**
- Recommend process improvements for parts management and field support
- Stay up to date with tools, technologies, or practices to improve efficiency
- Cross-train with related roles and support the team as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a parts, warehouse, or operations support role (HVAC, construction or trades experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for part deliveries
- Ability to lift and move materials and supplies as part of daily work
- Basic computer skills with ability to use Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Familiar with ServiceTitan preferable, but not required (training will be provided)
- Valid G driver's license
- Access to your own vehicle

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
